ROADMAP
What's being worked on, what's coming after that, and what's further out. Grouped by priority rather than by date — we'd rather ship things when they're genuinely ready than hit a date we announced before we understood the work.
NOW
Actively in development.
- Native iOS app A real App Store build with Sign in with Apple and native in-app purchases. Currently in internal testing.
- Android release Getting the Android build through Google Play review, with Play Billing wired up.
- Multiplayer reliability Ongoing work on disconnects, reconnects and edge cases so a dropped connection never strands the rest of the table.
- High Rollers Room Ranked play for experienced players, unlocked at 20 online wins.
NEXT
Designed and queued up behind the current work.
- Reclaim your seat Rejoin a game you dropped out of and take your hand back from the bot that covered for you.
- Card styles The cosmetics category that's currently marked "soon" in the store — card faces and table styling beyond the existing backs.
- Friends list Save the people you play with so you don't have to pass room codes around every time.
- Match history A record of your recent games, with scores and how each round ended.
- Better stats More than wins and losses — successful cut rate, Pablo call accuracy, and the numbers that actually tell you if you're improving.
LATER
Wanted, not yet scheduled, still subject to change.
- Seasons and tournaments Time-limited competitive events with their own leaderboards and rewards.
- Spectator mode Watch a table you're not sitting at.
- Full offline play Arcade mode that works with no connection at all, not just no other players.
- More languages Expanding localisation beyond the current English and Japanese support.
- Custom house rules Host-configurable variants — different hand sizes, alternate special cards, house scoring.
ALREADY SHIPPED
Some of what's landed so far, for context on the pace of things:
Online multiplayer — private rooms with invite codes and links, for up to six players.
Quick Draw matchmaking — get seated with other players online, with bots filling any empty seats.
Five bot difficulties — from Easy, which genuinely forgets its cards, to Pablo Mode.
Interactive tutorial — a guided walkthrough of a real hand for new players.
Chips, packs and collection — the pot economy, card packs, and collectible card backs and tables.
Global leaderboard — ranked by wins across Arcade and online play.
Pablo Pro — the optional ad-free subscription with doubled win payouts.
Server-authoritative multiplayer — game logic runs on the server, so hands stay private and results can't be tampered with from a browser.
